We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer HVAC Specialist to join our team at Panasonic. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing HVAC systems for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain product specification plans and documentation in accordance with customer and sales team requirements.
- Provide technical support to customers to clarify specification issues and ensure successful project completion.
- Design and develop project solutions that meet quality, efficiency, and timescale standards, in coordination with sales engineers.
- Ensure accurate project documentation and information management in internal and external systems.
- Supervise customer orders to ensure technical fit to project definition, avoiding after-sales issues.
- Develop and maintain tools to improve pre-sales support and documentation.
- Coordinate and control outsourced design office resources, maintain records, and serve as first point of contact for invoice control.
- Support tracking and reporting of project conversion ratios.
- Relevant university degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Strong skills working with CAD tools and other relevant design software.
- Proficient understanding and knowledge in processes, technologies, products, or other relevant field of expertise.
- Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual principles and techniques.
- Understanding of the impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function.
- Be cost-effective in all contracts and purchasing undertaken in the department.
- Proactively identify opportunities to reduce costs through efficiency and automation.
- Comply with Panasonic's policies, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in corporate requirements, such as ISM, CSR, anti-bribery and corruption, and competition law.
- Benchmarking activities.
