The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Residential Interior Designer accounts, building a strong network of local partners, overseeing the daily operations of the City Center team, generating high-quality leads in collaboration with Cosentino's sales force, and ensuring profitable growth in market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key architects and designers in the area.
- Manage key customers in the area: planning, visits, development of the relationship, sales, etc.
- Identify potential leads and track them until closure to ensure sales.
- Lead and motivate the design team to grow sales and ensure brand recognition.
- Accelerate brand recognition with effective positioning, product training, and product differentiation.
- Manage relationships through face-to-face visits outside of the showroom and generate sales according to assigned goals.
Business Development:
- Identify strategies, priorities, and action frameworks (commercial, promotional activity, marketing, management, reporting, etc.).
- Coordinate and align the City Center team to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
- Support the team in identifying and evaluating business opportunities, including tracking competitor activity.
- Maximize synergy between commercial and promotional opportunities.
- Capture market trends through external events, seminars, etc.
- Act as a brand representative in association activities, universities, etc.
- Market and co-advertise based on region for all brands with corporate coordination.
- Improve efficiency and service levels.
