Job Title: Strategic Director of Real World Evidence

Job Summary:

Syneos Health Clinical is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Director of Real World Evidence to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to leverage real-world evidence to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to collect, analyze, and interpret real-world evidence to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate real-world evidence into business planning and decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in real-world evidence and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on real-world evidence to internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategies to leverage real-world evidence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and apply business principles to drive growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in real-world evidence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as business, public health, or epidemiology
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of real-world evidence methodologies and tools
