Customer Success Role Overview

Nutanix is seeking a skilled Customer Success Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and drive customer retention and subscription renewals for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will advise customers on maximizing the value from our wide array of solutions, while playing a crucial role in helping us achieve our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with our regional sales organization and Renewal Quote Representatives to maximize renewal revenue and renewal rate.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success with our solutions.
  • Identify and escalate potential up-sell/cross-sell opportunities to field account teams.
  • Report customer feedback and advocate customer needs within the Nutanix ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in software sales and customer adoption, retention, and renewals.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience connecting customers' business objectives with necessary technologies to achieve them.
  • Knowledge of technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, Cloud, and networking is preferred.
