Key Responsibilities- Store Management: Build relationships with Hub Delivery store owners, cultivate trust among community leaders, and provide lifecycle management and operational support for on-boarded stores.
- Operational Support: Support your team in daily management of operations, including monitoring performance, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and dealing with ambiguity.
- Problem-Solving: Be obsessed with metrics, dive deep to find root causes quickly, and drive improvements. Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality.
- Communication: Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences. Provide day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback.
- Tool Utilization: Continuously utilize software and hardware tools to ensure normal day-to-day operations. Ensure supervisors have proper tools to perform the job and coordinate repair or replacement when needed.
- Metric Communication: Communicate daily metrics and manage escalations. Work closely with Operations and CO team, ensuring regular communications.
- Travel and Flexibility: Willingness to travel to visit Hub Delivery Stores/Delivery Stations (regional level). Willingness to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including weekends.
- Education: A degree
- Experience: Relevant experience in logistics, analyzing data to measure/optimize performance, and working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
- Language: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English.
- Communication: Relevant experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
- Time Management: Relevant experience meeting deadlines, managing multiple priorities, and working independently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Relationship Building: Relevant experience connecting with partners and building relationships.
- People Management: Relevant experience managing people.
