About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Market Access Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial strategy team, you will be responsible for driving market access success and ensuring the successful launch and growth of our products.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market access strategies that align with our commercial goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including payers, healthcare providers, and industry partners, to secure product adoption.
  • Develop impactful materials, such as value dossiers and presentations, that highlight clinical and economic benefits to commercial stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to address market access challenges and enable growth opportunities.
  • Monitor policy changes and market dynamics that could impact commercial opportunities for our products.
  • Analyze market access outcomes and business performance to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.
Your Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Market Access Specialist with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Health Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • A proven track record in market access, sales, or business development within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • A deep understanding of the Spanish healthcare system and reimbursement landscape.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence commercial stakeholders.
  • Results-driven, with analytical capabilities to assess market data and drive actionable insights.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
