Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Privacy & Data Protection Legal Counsel to join our growing team at eDreams ODIGEO. As a key member of our Legal Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our data-driven products are built with privacy and AI compliance at the core.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on international privacy and data protection laws, including cutting-edge areas like AI regulation.
  • Develop and implement innovative privacy tools and technologies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes.
  • Promote a culture of privacy awareness through engaging training sessions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and legal updates.
  • Contribute to a thriving knowledge base for all things privacy-related.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in privacy, data protection, digital compliance, and a strong understanding of other digital laws and standards such as AI.
  • Experience with privacy & compliance tools.
  • Holds a European Law degree, ideally from Spain, and membership of a European Bar if permitted by law, with experience dealing with the Spanish Data Protection Authority and any other as a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish at least C1 level (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
  • Highly skilled at problem-solving, communication, and data analysis.
