We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Technician to join our team at Adecco (Spain). As an HR Technician, you will be responsible for managing employees, recruitment, control of hours, absence management, needs analysis, and monitoring of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General management of employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Recruitment of a high volume of workers, utilizing effective selection processes and competency-based interviews.
  • Control of hours, ensuring accurate and efficient time management.
  • Absence management, addressing and resolving employee absences in a timely and professional manner.
  • Needs analysis, identifying and addressing employee needs to improve job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Monitoring of contracts, ensuring compliance and renewal of contracts as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English, with 100% client contact in English.
  • University education, with a specialization in HR and people management.
  • Experience in generalist selection, managing high-volume selection processes and conducting competency-based interviews.
  • High customer orientation and good communication skills.
  • Mobility is a plus.
