SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleWe're looking for a highly skilled Customer Care Associate to join our Support Operations team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless experiences for our restaurant and vendor partners throughout their journey with Choco.
Your primary responsibilities will include helping restaurants understand our order management platform, assisting vendors in managing incoming orders, troubleshooting integration-related issues, monitoring order transmission failures, processing administrative requests, and collaborating closely with Sales, Account Management, and Implementation Management teams.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be fluent in Spanish and English (C1-C2) and have 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support or a similar customer-facing role.
