- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, monitoring compliance with company policies.
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes.
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters.
- Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, serving as the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers.
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool and support dispute resolution.
- Maintain the master data of our customers and communicate proactively with clients.
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Effective time management, meeting deadlines.
- Positive attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- High proficiency with MS Excel.
- Previous work experience or internship in finance, administration, order to cash, quote to cash, customer services, contract administration, legal administration, billings, disputes, collections, or working with customer contracts.
