**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead React Native Developer to join our team at Rademade. As a key member of our mobile development team, you will be responsible for leading and developing cross-platform applications using React Native.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Lead and develop the mobile team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and meeting client expectations
• Collaborate with the team and clients to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring a high level of quality and user experience
• Conduct code reviews, work on bug fixing, and improve application performance, ensuring the highest standards of coding and testing
• Deliver results-driven solutions, managing expectations and communicating effectively with clients
• Participate in other mobile application development, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
**Required Skills**
• 4+ years of successful web development experience, with a strong focus on modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies
• Excellent programming skills, with native JavaScript knowledge and a solid understanding of mobile app development, design principles, and user experience
• Strong understanding of Test Driven Development, with experience in unit testing and continuous integration/delivery methods
• Good English reading and writing skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
**Nice to Have**
• Experience as a Team Lead, with a strong understanding of Agile practices and methodologies
• Unit testing/TDD experience with Jasmine WebSockets, real-time apps, and a good understanding of continuous integration/delivery methods
• Experience with ES6/ES7 (ECMAScript) and a strong understanding of modern JavaScript technologies
