### Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled German-Speaking Marketing Consultant to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their marketing goals through the effective use of Google Ads products.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct detailed consultations with German-speaking clients to understand their business goals and marketing needs.
* Develop customized marketing strategies and plans utilizing Google Ads products to achieve client objectives.
* Present and explain marketing strategies to clients, ensuring they comprehend the benefits and expected outcomes.
* Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for clients, ensuring maximum ROI.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to enhance results.
* Provide clients with regular performance reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
* Offer exceptional support to clients, promptly addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
* Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to discuss campaign performance and future strategies.

### Qualifications

* Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
* Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
* Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
* Experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is advantageous but not required for junior profiles.
* Knowledge of Google Ads products and digital marketing is a plus.
* Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate marketing tools and software.
