What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a seasoned Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will drive CRO initiatives and enhance our paid landing page experience through a structured test-and-learn approach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and prioritize a testing roadmap, outlining key hypotheses and ideas to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and outline testing ideas.
- Manage test requirements, wireframes, and tech specifications to ensure smooth development and execution.
- Own the tracking, management, and analysis of all performance marketing tests, leveraging industry-leading testing platforms.
- Communicate testing results to management and leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in CRO and user experience improvements, with a proven track record of success.
- Project management and execution experience, driving cross-functional teams to deliver improvements.
- Significant experience with major testing platforms, Google Ads, customer data platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Top analytical skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets and optimize the conversion funnel.
- Understanding of advertising technology, including cookies, first-party vs third-party data, conversion pixels, audiences, and the future of privacy.
- Ownership and strategist traits, with experience driving CRO growth initiatives and working with cross-functional groups.
