Job Title: Technical Recruiter - IT Sector

About Us:

Synergie has been a leading recruitment agency for over fifty years, providing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Technical Recruiter - IT Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and selecting high-quality IT talent to meet client needs.
  • Conducting thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and promoting our HR services.
  • Managing and developing a database of qualified IT candidates.
  • Performing any other related tasks linked to the position.

Requirements:

  • Degree in an appropriate field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the information technology field and a strong interest in sales.
  • Knowledge of technical roles (developers, systems engineers, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (French an asset).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support team members.

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
  • Commission-based performance incentives.
