Job Title: Social Media and Display Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media and Display Manager to join our team at lastminute. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for leading our display channel and developing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the display channel from start to finish, including setting marketing strategies, organizing and setting up campaigns, and analyzing results.
  • Communicate display results effectively to key managers and stakeholders, ensuring that channel needs are well addressed.
  • Partner with marketing teams across the organization to create a strong connection and support in setting marketing strategies based on analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in marketing analytics and technology to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Progress experience in managing display campaigns on major platforms such as Google, Meta, and Criteo.
  • Ability to manage data to tune display campaigns, including building audiences and creating dynamic remarketing campaigns.
  • Proactive analytic mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheet skills to transform raw data into actionable marketing insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically to address complex data challenges and drive innovative solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities, technologies, and business requirements in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English language to efficiently communicate with international team members and stakeholders.
