We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bioinformatics Developer to join our team at the Spanish National Bioinformatics Institute (Inb). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visual interfaces for our OpenEBench platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain software for the integration and biological data, following ELIXIR guidelines.
  • Contribute to supervising junior members at the INB/ELIXIR-ES units.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
Requirements
  • BSc or MSc degrees in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Sciences or Multimedia Engineering with relevant experience in visual interface development.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience with a similar role.
  • Experience with web-development frameworks like Vue.JS, Angular, React or similar.
  • Experience in database design and management (SQL and noSQL).
  • Experience working with Unix/Linux systems.
