As an Internal Communications and Employer Branding Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that our internal and external messaging aligns with our values and business goals.

  • Develop and implement an internal communications strategy that fosters transparency, engagement, and alignment with our company culture.
  • Create and manage content that resonates with employees across all levels, keeping them informed and motivated.
  • Drive and enhance our employer brand to attract top talent by clearly communicating our culture and values across all channels.
  • Provide creative and logistical support for internal events and external events, ensuring they reflect our brand and values.
  • Maintain and continuously improve our careers page and communication templates for both internal use and candidate engagement.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in HR/Recruitment function.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields preferable.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in an additional language such as French, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus.
