Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at SD Worx Spain. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives and supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, promoting HR and payroll solutions to our target audience.
- Work closely with the Content Creation Manager to generate engaging content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice, ensuring our messaging resonates with our target audience.
- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences, coordinating logistics, promotional materials, and post-event analysis to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs, providing insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign development and execution.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, content creation, and campaign measurement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform marketing decisions.
