About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Solutions Architect to join our team at Databricks. As a key member of our Field Engineering organization, you will play a critical role in accelerating the adoption and growth of our Data Intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to drive customer success and adoption of our platform.
  • Develop and execute technical account strategies to drive growth and increase focus on complex customers.
  • Lead post-sale technical engagement and become the technical lead for Databricks products across multiple selling teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with customers to understand their use case demand plans and develop technical account strategies to drive onboarding, enablement, and success.
  • Leverage shared services and escalate to expert-level technical experts to build the right tasks and deliver results.
  • Develop and execute execution plans that cover all activities of customer-facing technical roles and teams to cover key work streams.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the domain of Data and AI.
  • Programming experience in a core language (e.g., Python, SQL, Scala, Spark).
  • Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles.
  • Understanding of solution architecture related distributed data systems.
  • Technical program or project management experience, including account, stakeholder, and resource management accountability.
  • Business proficiency in Spanish is required as a minimum.
