About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our world-class team of Quantum experts. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside leading experts in the field, tackling high-value open problems from industry. You will take on technical leadership and collaborate with software and DevOps engineers, as well as our machine learning and quantum experts, to industrialize Multiverse's core technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop distributed data-intensive systems on the cloud, utilizing AWS and other cloud platforms.
  • Develop and maintain software solutions using Python, Julia, and C/C++.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to industrialize Multiverse's core technologies.
  • Take on technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in quantum computing and AI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on machine learning, data science, or operations research applications.
  • Expert knowledge of Python and proficiency in other languages such as Julia and C/C++.
  • Experience in designing and developing distributed data-intensive systems on the cloud.
  • Familiarity with different authentication protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the quantum/quantum-inspired landscape.
  • Experience in leading teams.
  • Experience with Frontend development.
  • Experience with algorithm development and optimization.
  • Familiarity with accelerators (GPU, FPGA, TPU, Analog Co-processors, etc.).
