About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in the Noatum Automotive area (Autoterminals). This specialist will provide expert technical assistance to ensure smooth operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues in vehicles, including electric vehicles (EVs), plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs), hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), and internal combustion engines.
  • Analyze automotive technical documentation to provide accurate solutions to complex problems.
  • Ensure vehicle quality by monitoring and controlling systems and components that meet high standards.
  • Provide client-specific technical support to meet service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and share technical insights.
  • Recommend process enhancements to improve service delivery and technical operations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Electromechanics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.
  • Deep knowledge of vehicle systems and components, including electric and hybrid technologies.
  • Experience in diagnosing technical and mechanical issues and consulting automotive technical information.
Languages
  • Spanish language proficiency at C1 level or native.
