Training and Awareness

Raise awareness and training employees at all levels about the importance of ESG issues, developing training programs and initiatives to embed ESG principles into the company culture.

Requirements

Education and Experience

Educational background: Graduate with master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, or a related field. Additional experience in leading and developing a decarbonization plan for the Group, ensuring that annual/interim targets are achieved.

Skills and Knowledge

Strong ESG knowledge, particularly related to regulatory compliance, including CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), preparation of CSRD report, and creation of internal procedures for automated metrics collection.
