Role Overview
As an experienced IAM Engineer at Dispute Resolution, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Identity and Access Management solutions. With a focus on testing and API integration, you will drive the validation and quality assurance processes, ensuring the excellence and integrity of our IAM frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
• Craft and execute detailed test strategies to ensure flawless functionality and security of IAM implementations
• Utilize advanced tools, such as One Identity, to perform testing and develop API integrations
• Collaborate with developers, system architects, and project managers to refine and optimize our IAM solution
• Lead defect management, identifying, documenting, and addressing any issues discovered during testing
Requirements
• Degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• Experience with One Identity, including thorough testing and configuration
• Extensive background in software testing within IAM environments
• Knowledge of automated and manual testing methodologies, as well as API integrations and authentication best practices
