Market Access Senior Manager

At Edwards Lifesciences, we are seeking a highly skilled Market Access Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Public Affairs department, you will play a critical role in fostering positive change and driving policy, lawmaking, and public support.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and plan market access projects and activities, ensuring the successful completion of all project deliverables. You will provide direction and guidance to external project teams, identifying and evaluating market access process improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing local market access opportunities in collaboration with the sales team
  • Leading the implementation of reimbursement strategies for current and pipeline products
  • Assessing access and reimbursement issues that matter to the business, in partnership with stakeholders

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with 10 years of previous related experience, or Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field, with 8 years of previous related experience
  • Health-Economics, Business, Political sciences, or Communications preferred

We are looking for a self-motivated, result-oriented, problem solver with strong ownership and leadership skills. If you have a proven track record of successful project management, excellent communication and influencing skills, and a strong understanding of related aspects of pricing & reimbursement processes, we encourage you to apply.
