Missions
  • Vérifier les prix facturés pour les résidents par rapport aux contrats
  • S'assurer de la bonne application des conditions contractuelles
  • Vérifier les arrivées par rapport aux vouchers ou réservations
  • Vérifier et contrôler les rapports caisse et les factures de chaque point de vente
  • Vérifier la conformité du posting des factures
  • Vérifier les offres, les réductions et les déductions du jour
  • Vérifier les No show et s'assurer que l'annulation a été parvenue à l'hôtel et faite selon les conditions contractuelles
  • Préparer les éditions de contrôle de facturation
  • Vérifier la limite de crédit des clients résidents
  • Préparer les éditions avant et après clôture
  • Vérifier et rapprochement du chiffre d'affaire
  • Effectuer tous les rapprochements nécessaires
  • Veiller à ce que les opérations bancaires de quart fassent l'objet de vérifications approfondies et à ce que les bonnes procédures de traitement des espèces soient suivies
  • Assurer la sécurité des fonds de caisse et veiller à ce que les procédures de manutention des espèces soient rigoureusement respectées
  • Gérer les objections et/ou remarques éventuelles du client
  • Élaborer le rapport des activités et des éventuels incidents survenus la nuit
Qualifications
  • Formation / Expérience professionnelle : Diplôme des études supérieures en comptabilité et/ou hôtellerie et/ou gestion et/ou toute personne motivée par ce secteur d'activité quelle que soit sa formation initiale après validation de ses aptitudes et de ses motivations
  • Maîtrise du français et anglais professionnel
  • Aisance relationnelle, sens de l'accueil et du service
  • Capacité d'écoute et d'anticipation
  • Bonne présentation, bonne élocution
  • Maîtrise de soi, rigueur
  • Sens des chiffres
  • Autonome et responsable
