Job Summary

At Medisense Laboratory Center Inc, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe and record patient behavior, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of their condition.
    • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests to identify and diagnose medical conditions.
    • Collect patient health history, including medical records and personal information, to inform treatment decisions.
    • Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication, and self-care techniques.
    • Administer medication, change wound dressings, and provide other treatment options as prescribed by medical professionals.
    • Read and interpret patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate and consulting with supervisors and doctors as needed.
    • Direct and supervise nurses, nurse assistants, and nurse aides to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
    • Research ways to improve healthcare processes and patient outcomes, contributing to the development of best practices and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
    • 1 year of experience in nursing (preferred)
    • English language proficiency (preferred)
    • Nursing license or certification (preferred)
