About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Localisation Project Manager Trainee to join our dynamic international team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating translation orders with language experts, graphic designers, engineers, and other departments via our collaboration platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate translation orders and manage projects from start to finish
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Customer Representatives to deliver high-quality translation projects
  • Operate our cutting-edge language management software to ensure seamless project execution
  • Collaborate with language experts and customers across the globe to meet their translation needs
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the team

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and/or German
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines
  • Open-minded, creative, and proactive approach
  • Option to sign an agreement with the University you are studying in
