A Rewarding Opportunity in Workday Integration

At American Express Global Business Travel, we're looking for a skilled Workday Integration Developer - Global Payroll Expert to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in developing, monitoring, supporting, and enhancing our Workday integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient business outcomes.



Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our Workday Integrations team to design, develop, and deploy new integrations, leveraging leading-edge technologies to drive business success.

• Develop strong technical expertise in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Report Writer, Studio BIRT Module, XML, XSLT, XTT, ETV, and object-oriented development.

• Work closely with third-party vendors to ensure smooth integration and communication.

• Develop and maintain interfaces, conduct unit and integration tests, and perform integration regression testing.

• Ensure that our global payroll integrations, primarily based on PECI and PICOF, are developed according to Workday best practices, minimizing ongoing maintenance needs and ensuring efficient operation.

• Participate in Agile Integration development, focusing on accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation, and problem resolution.



Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering, or related technical discipline) or equivalent combination of training and work experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in Workday development, with a strong focus on Workday Studio development and payroll integrations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change while maintaining a focused and calm demeanor in the face of challenges.
