About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Technical Advisor to join our team. As a Commercial Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, ensuring that they are fully informed and supported.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Participate in sales calls and presentations, providing technical expertise and supporting the sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial or technical role, preferably in the art and design industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise, with a focus on commercial and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant software applications.
