This role offers the opportunity to support the P&O department in personnel administration and talent management areas. In the talent management area, you will assist in the selection process for interns, including publishing vacancies, screening CVs, administering psychotechnical tests, and conducting interviews. You will also collaborate in the development of internal communication programs and contribute to improving human resources processes.

In the personnel administration area, you will work with the Manager to manage the incorporation process (Onboarding) and register employees in the internal system. Additionally, you will support in maintaining digital files, shared Excel, and publishing employee communications on the internal platform. You will also manage agreements with universities and their extensions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Psychology or similar, with specialization in Industrial Organization
  • No prior experience is required, but having previous work or research experience is valuable
