**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Administration Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Management and Delivery team, including:

  • Performing general administrative tasks, such as reception duties, filing, and supplier-related tasks
  • Office maintenance and supervision to ensure efficient functioning of the workspace
  • Managing office consumables and IT support
  • Responsible for internal logistics, including equipment maintenance, inventories, and supplies
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Management and Delivery team
  • Managing travel arrangements for team members
  • Handling basic accounting tasks

**Requirements**

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled individual with strong Microsoft package skills. The ideal candidate will be decisive, willing to learn, and able to multitask and prioritize tasks. Previous experience in Administration will be valued.
