Tinámica is a leader in innovating and developing healthy, natural, and fresh foods with global operations. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Treasury Manager to support our financial growth and stability.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cash management, financial planning, and risk management, with a strategic focus on optimizing the company's treasury function. If you are a professional with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make critical decisions in dynamic environments, this represents a unique opportunity to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily cash flow and ensure the company has sufficient funds to operate.
  2. Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  3. Identify cash deficits or surpluses and propose strategies to manage them.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management or an equivalent degree.
  2. Over 4 years of previous experience, preferably in the Treasury Department of a multinational company.
  3. Experience in the financial sector with knowledge of advanced financial products, and experience in structured financing will be valued.
  4. Demonstrable level of English (necessary for daily operations).
  5. Knowledge of Kyriba or another Treasury Management System, and advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  6. Availability to travel.
