Cycle Technician

Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.

The Role: As a Cycle Technician at Club La Santa, you will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of up to 500 bikes, ensuring they meet the high standards expected by our guests. Your key responsibilities include:

• Performing routine maintenance on the rental fleet using our online system, BRM
• Repairing guests' private bikes and interacting with them directly to discuss work needed
• Utilizing our till system, Lightspeed, to manage stock levels and create work orders
• Assisting with the setup of rental bikes and maintaining a clean and organized bike center

Requirements: We are seeking a skilled Cycle Technician with minimum 3 years of experience. A Cytech Level 2 qualification or equivalent is highly advantageous. You must be fluent in English and have good communication skills. Additional languages, such as Spanish and Danish, are a plus.
