Cargo Operations Specialist

At A.P. Moller - Maersk, we are seeking a skilled Cargo Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and terminal collaboration. This role requires a versatile and hands-on approach, with a blend of strategic thinking and operational acumen. Key responsibilities include driving customer satisfaction through proactive communication with shipping partners, optimizing cargo movements, and maintaining SVD standards. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for driving ownership on priority handling operational processes, fostering collaboration with terminal facilities, and ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day tasks.
