Role Overview

Hyper Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Validation Specialist to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our pharmaceutical operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our equipment by crafting and executing Operational Qualification (OQ) documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Author comprehensive OQ protocols and reports, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct and oversee validation activities, including test execution and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of validation processes with manufacturing operations.
  • Identify and implement improvements to validation strategies and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in validation within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Working knowledge and practical experience with pharmaceutical equipment and validation processes.
