About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Developer to join our team at Back Market. As a senior member of our development team, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our platform and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end code using modern web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and back-end developers, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
  • Contribute to the development of our design system and ensure that our front-end code is consistent with our design principles.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that our codebase is of the highest quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends, and make recommendations for how we can leverage these technologies to improve our products.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end code.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries, such as React or Angular.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
