At Inpost Iberia, we are looking for a talented New Business Development Executive to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic company that is shaping the future of logistics and distribution in Spain and Portugal.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and business development to acquire new accounts for our locker installation services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers in various industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through personal networking, digital prospecting, and on-site prospecting;
  • Explaining the benefits of partnering with Inpost Iberia to key decision-makers;
  • Negotiating membership contracts and ensuring smooth account management;
  • Increasing Inpost Iberia's visibility among small to medium-sized businesses;
  • Participating in public and private events to promote our services;

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar field;
  • High proficiency in CRM software (Pipedrive, Hubspot, or Salesforce) and Office Suite;
  • Valid driving license in Spain;
  • University degree preferred;
  • English C1 level and Portuguese is a plus;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to generate leads, prospect, and close deals;
