Your responsibility will be to translate business requirements into data collection definitions, ensuring that data exists to support operations practices. This includes daily operations and reporting purposes.
The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of technology and understand the critical role data plays in ensuring everything functions smoothly. A strong understanding of master data management and data needs throughout the value chain is essential. The ability to work effectively with people, being a good listener, and firm when necessary, is also crucial. As a key member of the Enterprise Architecture group, you will design and plan the flow and usage of data while collaborating with skilled colleagues across five countries.
Main responsibilities include:
- Consolidating business requirements and identifying capability gaps
- Outlining data management governing standards and principles
- Overseeing the selection and implementation of data flow and data tools
- Creating and maintaining the AMS data landscape (As-Is and To-Be)
- Ensuring compliance with data quality and protection policies
- Staying up-to-date on current market standards and best practices related to data modeling and governance
A competitive salary of approximately **€85,000** per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving Atea's globalization efforts. Based in one of the five countries where Atea operates – Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, or Latvia – you will enjoy minimal travel and the opportunity to work primarily online.
