Our Client
Our client is a leading manufacturer of hygiene, health, and nutrition products, trusted by consumers worldwide for generations. As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle customer inquiries and strive for first-contact resolution, working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilled and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilled and professional manner
- Analyse customer problems and offer individual solutions
- Offer an omnichannel service to consumers via various communication channels
- Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
- Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador
Requirements
What skills and experience will you bring to us?
- A fluent level of Danish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- A high level of English (both written and spoken)
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to deal with sensitive customer interactions with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving
