- Recruit and manage end-to-end talent acquisition for senior global roles.

Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting for senior roles in complex globally matrixed companies.
- Experience working with executive search companies, running recruitment processes, and commercial understanding, including contract handling.
- A genuine interest and experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in talent acquisition, including inclusive hiring practices development and implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling collaboration with partners at all levels and people from diverse backgrounds worldwide.
