About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team focused on Kubernetes and Python operations. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our software engineering and operations strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of software solutions using Python and Kubernetes
  • Develop and maintain sound software architecture and best practices in software quality, testing, and documentation
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers, and contribute to the growth and development of the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance modern, agile software development practices and maintain a culture of quality and engineering excellence
  • Work with the leadership team to develop and execute the company's technical strategy and vision

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Docker and Kubernetes operations, with a software engineering background and strong Python skills
  • Experience developing Python frameworks and understanding the importance of stable, consumable APIs
  • Passion for embracing new technologies and pushing the boundaries of what is possible
  • Interest in building products that improve how people operate software and infrastructure everywhere
  • Experience working in an agile development environment and knowledge of software development methodologies
