We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Management Specialist to join our team at Cemex. As a key member of our regional fleet management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our mobile equipment fleet.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Fleet Management Strategies
- Design and implement effective fleet management practices to maximize equipment reliability and availability.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of fleet management best practices, technologies, and tools.
- Manage Fleet Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment.
- Develop and implement procedures for tracking and controlling fleet expenses.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders
- Work closely with operations teams to validate and deploy specifications for mobile equipment, services, and materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regional mobile equipment dealers and networks.
- Drive Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance fleet management efficiency.
- Develop and implement procedures for tracking and analyzing fleet performance metrics.
- Fluent in English
- At least 5 years of experience managing mobile equipment
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in fleet management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
