Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure effective cost management.
- Manage and analyze cost center data, identifying areas for optimization and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in finance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SAP (BW/SAP S4H/BPC) and other financial systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Highly numerical and analytical, with a focus on detail and a big-picture perspective.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience in a global environment.
- Experience in recharge cost absorption environments.
- Knowledge of accounting methodologies and financial regulations.
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Languages
Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
