We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Associate to join our team at Merkle UK. As a Senior CRM Associate, you will play a key role in the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with international clients across various sectors to deliver tailored marketing solutions.
- Work closely with our international team of experienced consultants to drive campaign success.
- Ensure all campaigns meet the highest standards of quality, adhering to strict SLAs and campaign briefs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client campaign activity, managing campaign execution, SLAs, and campaign briefs.
- 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Campaign, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
- Excellent English language skills, as most communication takes place in English.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

- Spanish/English lessons to support language development.
