Sourcing Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Director to lead our strategic sourcing efforts across key categories including Packaging, CAPEX, Energy, and Indirects.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing/procurement with a focus on Packaging, CAPEX, Energy, and general expenses/indirects. They will be responsible for managing the sourcing activities for these categories, fostering partnerships with business leaders, developing and overseeing a multi-disciplinary sourcing team, and communicating procurement strategies and performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage sector preferred, but candidates from other industries with relevant experience are also considered
  • Strong team leadership capabilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams across multiple regions
  • Ability to align procurement strategies with broader business objectives and drive organizational change
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Results-driven with a track record of driving cost optimization, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
