The Field Inventory & Warehouse Intern will support both Field Inventory Management and Warehouse teams. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Field Inventory Management team in reconciling inventory counts, controlling expired stock, and adjusting and transferring inventory in SAP.
- Assist the Warehouse team in contacting suppliers, registering returns in SAP, and controlling the closing of returns.
- Perform administrative tasks and documentation, including searching and sending delivery notes, sending lists, and checking materials in the system.
- Register and manage inventory adjustments, returns, and warehouse changes in SAP, as well as extract reports and register actions in Sales Force.
- Recent bachelor's graduates or master's degree students in Administration or Transports & Logistics.
- Proactivity and curiosity to learn new tools and systems.
- Analytical profile and attention to detail.
- Good level of English required (at least B2).
- € 1000/month gross + ticket restaurants.
