Recruitment Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced recruitment expert to join our team at Novatec Software Engineering España SL in Granada, Spain.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive our talent acquisition efforts and contribute to the growth of our company. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

You will actively search for and engage with potential candidates, ensuring our talent acquisition efforts are continuous and effective. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various departments to find the best talent for their needs and shape the department's growth by bringing in new ideas and taking on new challenges as the department evolves.

• A proven track record in recruitment processes, preferably within the IT industry;
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish;
• Proactive and team-oriented, motivated, and able to work well with others;
• Familiarity with major recruitment platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stay focused on your goals;
• An open mindset to learning from mistakes and continuously improving.
