AVL Iberica is seeking a highly skilled Calibration Technical Leader to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our hybrid vehicle calibration team, you will be responsible for leading the calibration development process towards industrialization and serial-life phases.
Your Responsibilities:- Pilot the calibration development process, ensuring timely and quality delivery of calibration solutions.
- Summarize the status of software development, calibration team, and validation efforts.
- Excellent English language skills, with French being a plus.
- Engineering degree or similar, with a master's degree being a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on calibration, validation, and software development.
- Knowledge of powertrain and engine development, with a preference for hybrid systems.
- Experience with high-voltage components, such as BMS and inverters, is a plus.
- Project management experience, including timing, quality, deliverables, and reporting.
- Team management experience and a high sense of responsibility, goal-oriented, and social skills.
- Extra-curricular activities, such as Formula Student, are a plus.
- Valid driving license required.
- A dynamic and proactive work environment.
