About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven French and Flemish Telesales Agent to join our Benelux team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, registering new appliances, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls in French and Flemish, registering new appliances and capturing relevant details
- Explain legal warranties and offer additional insurance options to clients
- Utilize strong commercial skills to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Adapt to product changes and communicate effectively with clients
- Provide feedback on processes and best practices to improve team performance
- Fluent in French and Flemish, with working proficiency in English
- At least 6 months of sales experience, with a strong commercial profile
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work towards targets
- Dynamic, diplomatic, and highly communicative, with a proactive approach
- A competitive salary with high sales commissions
