">Job Description
">As an Expert Information Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Regional Information Risk Management Team in Spain. Your responsibilities will include providing direct Information Risk Management and Business Continuity Management support to IRM officers in various countries.
">You will be responsible for creating strategic and ad-hoc risk analyses, risk papers, and risk reports. Additionally, you will perform functional oversight of the regional IRM community through QA reviews and participate in challenging and periodically reporting upon key strategic programs and projects.
">Your expertise will also be required to identify external and internal developments, initiatives, and threats, translating them into proactive IRM Vision, Mission, and Strategy for ING Bank and its branches.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you should possess in-depth knowledge of IRM and IT processes, as well as the ability to advise on complex matters concerning senior management of ING Bank and its branches.
">You should be a trusted Expert IRM advisor who can direct, advise, and support the identification, analysis, and mitigation of risks to ING resulting from inadequate security of information.
